What we collect, and why
When you send us an enquiry. Our Contact us and Gold Gain forms ask for your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number and your message. We use these only to answer your enquiry and follow it up, for example to arrange a visit to our showroom or to tell you about the Gold Gain plan you asked about. We don’t add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
When you visit the site. Like most websites, our server records each request: your IP address, the page, the time, and your browser’s details. We use these records to keep the site working and secure, and they’re deleted after 14 days, unless we need a copy to look into a specific problem.
Analytics and advertising, only if you agree. If you allow it in our cookie banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how visitors use the site and which of our ads lead to enquiries. See “Cookies” below. We never send your name, e-mail address, phone number or message to Google.
How your enquiry reaches us
The form sends your enquiry as an e-mail to our team’s mailbox, which is hosted by Microsoft 365. The website keeps a copy in its e-mail log for 14 days, so that we can check it was delivered, and then deletes it. It isn’t stored anywhere else on the website. We keep enquiry e-mails for two years after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Services our pages use
- Amazon Web Services hosts the website, in Mumbai.
- Cloudflare protects our forms from spam with Turnstile, which checks that a real person is using the form, and delivers some of the code our pages use.
- Microsoft 365 carries and stores the e-mails your enquiries become.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you allow them (see “Cookies”).
Your browser connects to these services to load the page, so they receive your IP address. The photos in our Instagram section are stored on our own server; Instagram only learns of your visit if you follow a link to it.

Who we share your data with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed above, who handle it on our behalf, and where the law requires us to. Some of these providers may process data outside India.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us:
- for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- to correct, complete, update or delete it;
- to stop using it where you gave consent (for cookies, use “Cookie preferences”);
- to let someone you nominate act on your behalf if you die or can’t act yourself.
Write to info@vasundhrajewellers.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our website isn’t meant for children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data.

When we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
